We have teamed up with Cass Centre for Charity Effectiveness (Cass CCE) to offer the Cass ‘Tools for Success Guides’ to 3SC members at the hugely discounted price of £15.00 including p&p (usually £30). The Tools have been developed by Cass to help small voluntary and community organisations to ensure the basics are in place for long-term sustainability, enabling them to become organisations in which others want to invest.
Tools for Success provides a modular pathway for small organisations to make a step-change towards sustainable success through a combination of a series of practical written guides, tailored expert support and a programme of one-day workshops.
The methodology underpinning Tools for Success enables organisations to:
• identify their capacity strengths and build on them.
• identify their capacity gaps and fill them.
• build capability to deliver their mission effectively.
• demonstrate their sustainability to investors.
Tools for Success guides can be used on their own or with a tailored programme of expert support and workshops. Expert support provides a mix of face to face, telephone and email support to provide wide accessibility.
