3SC unites a range of innovative organisations across civil society to bid for and deliver public service contracts. 3SC is a social enterprise formed by a partnership civil society organisations (CSO's) who bring expertise in the delivery of a wide range of public services and also their commitment to securing a long term opportunity for the sector to compete in this market.
3SC offers a unique approach to bidding for and managing the delivery public sector contracts and offers a gateway to engage with around 2,000 service providers. We recognise that these civil society organisations have the knowledge and skills to deliver in the following sectors:

However they often lack the opportunity and capacity needed to secure bigger contracts, because individually they cannot deliver on the scale that is required. 3SC therefore champions a collaborative partnership approach, adding value with efficiency to the contracting process and subsequent delivery.
We believe that CSO's can deliver with greater impact often with greater benefits and more positive outcomes for individuals using services, as they are best reached by established organisations in local communities who understand their needs. Our mission is to become the managing agent of choice for public sector procurement in these selected markets and we will work with our consortia to realise and demonstrate our conviction and thus will enable and support CSO's of all sizes to deliver a higher percentage of public service contracts.
We have been recognised for the opportunities and support we provide for CSO's by being judged in the top ten of the Guardian's Social Enterprises for 2011.
