We have been working in collaboration with all of our delivery organisations to share best practice across our provider networks in their delivery of the Work Programme, the biggest single employer support programme.
Many organisations involved in delivery have taken the opportunity set up robust and effective employer engagement networks with local employers which has resulted in the opening of many new employment gateways. Jobs are now being created on a regular basis and we are together reaching targets and achieving some very positive outcomes for individuals in the programme who have previously been unemployed for some time.
