Fred is one of our Relationship Managers and is the primary contract for delivery organisations, local commissioners and government agencies.

Fred was previously Head of Skills with West Midlands Business Link delivering the Train to Gain skills brokerage and various leadership contracts on behalf of the West Midlands LSC.He was with Business Link from 2002 to 2009 and undertook a variety of roles including that of Business Adviser.

Prior to working for Business Link, Fred was the Branch Director for LloydsTSB for Newport and East Wales. This involved managing the performance of 20 branches across a large geographical area. Previous Lloyds appointments included managing the Bank residential Training Centre at Hindhead, Surrey.

Fred has a Masters degree in Human Resource Development and is a Fellow of both Chartered Institute of Bankers and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development

Outside appointments include being Board Chair at Festival Housing Association in Worcestershire and a Governor at Stourbridge FE College. Fred lives in Malvern, has a grown up family and his interests are mainly sporting.
