Ian is a 3SC Business Development Manager and is responsible for enabling business expansion by delivering successful bids for public service contracts across all of our contracting areas. Ian has worked with CSO's for over ten years as a delivery agent, programme manager and consultant prior to joining 3SC.
Ian has a significant interest in using policy intelligence as a means of improving the success of business development processes and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Education Leadership and Management with the University of Lincoln.
