Natasha is a 3SC Business Development Manager, responsible for delivering successful bids across a range of public service contracts including learning and skills, health and social care, employment, and justice. Her role incorporates horizon scanning, stakeholder engagement and creating opportunities to influence social policy.
Having started her career as a frontline Adviser on voluntary and mandatory Welfare to Work programmes including Employment Zones and Backing Young Britain, Natasha progressed into management within the sector before moving into a business development capacity and working on bids across employability, skills and education.
