3SC Quality and Compliance Manager
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quality and Compliance Manager to join the Operations team within 3SC, a progressive, ambitious and market-leading social enterprise.
3SC was established in 2009 to bid for, and manage, public service contracts on behalf of civil society organisations. We have a growing membership base of almost 2,000 organisations delivering public services in health and social care, criminal justice, employability, skills training, and housing.
Reporting to the Delivery Manager, the ideal candidate will have proven experience of:
· Implementing and managing quality and compliance in the delivery of contracts
· Designing, implementing and managing internal quality and compliance systems
· Compiling quality and compliance guidance for training and supporting staff in implementation
· Monitoring and auditing systems and processes
· Compiling and presenting robust management information
Ideally you will have a degree with a minimum 2:2 award and experience in a similar role in a commercial or charitable organisation. You should have experience in one of more of the following markets: Welfare to Work, learning and skills, housing, healthcare or criminal justice.
This role will be varied and no two days will be same. Each individual contributes to the success of 3SC – and makes a difference to our members and the customers to whom they deliver services. This full-time (37.5 hours/week), permanent role is based in our central London office. We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 to £35,000 per annum dependent upon experience, and 25 days annual leave plus public holidays.
