3SC announce successful launch of a new Ministry of Justice Partnership
We are delighted to announce the successful launch of a brand-new partnership with the Ministry of Justice in South Wales.
Our Autism Coaching Programme is designed to work with people on probation who may be living with Autism or a related Neuro-Diverse condition. Participants do not need to have had a formal diagnosis and are engaged with on a truly holistic and personalised platform. This enables our expert coaches to take into account specific individual challenges, conditions and personalities whilst retaining a consistent and professional mode of delivery. Those who engage with us experience a dedicated and flexible coaching approach spread over a minimum of 8 weeks with expert, national coaches delivering for an hour per appointment.
Building on our existing IT infrastructure we have been able to deploy our proprietary platform allowing live contract management and secure cloud storage that is accessible anywhere there is internet. This allows for digital signatures, contract overviews for the commissioner and live contract and caseload management for the coaches and Contract Performance Managers.
Our successful Neuro Diverse Strategy Coaching programme has allowed us to isolate best practice gathered over the last 3 years and focus our engagement with the Ministry of Justice on the key challenges faced by the People on probation.
‘We are delighted to have been awarded this programme in Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot and are excited to be delivering our highly successful programme for MOJ as part of a ‘trailblazer’ project to support People on Probation with Autism.
We can already see the difference the service is making and look forward to continuing to work closely with the excellent MOJ Team’.
