Case Study: NDSC Momentwm Consulting

3SC delivers the Neuro Diverse Strategy coaching programme across the UK in partnership with ‘Thriiver’. We’re proud of our delivery partners who cover a wide variety of delivery styes, backgrounds and sectors. We’ve worked with people across the UK who all have their own approaches, challenges, strengths and goals. Since the contract began we’ve worked with over 612 clients delivering over 3,000 sessions and 6200 hours of coaching (and growing).

A key part of our contract is the collation of formal case studies. These allow us to monitor the impact we are having on both our programme users and their employers. Another way we do this is through our monthly Contract Performance Assessments (CPA) where a lot of our coaches also report that they receive informal feedback from programme users and their employers.
