This is a very special event aimed at frontline Advisors delivering employability services.

Your Employability Advisors do a fabulous job, delivering great outcomes for customers and this session is all about supporting them! We’ll be sharing a few ‘secret ingredients’ to increase engagement and performance on your Employability Programmes.

We will be hearing from three very successful speakers Barbara Strong from Be Strong Works and Audrey Bodman from Outshine Group and 3SC’s Sarah Bridgeman, Senior Neurodiversity Coach .

Barbara will deliver session on Engaging jobseekers.

Barabara will be talking about ‘State Management’ and exploring how non verbal communication, mindset and beliefs can helps to engage and lead jobseekers into action.

The session will give a brief introduction into how managing your state can improve engagement not just with your job seeking clients, but your colleagues, employers and most importantly yourself.

Audrey will deliver session How to increase performance by using telephone in both customer service & employer engagement.

This interactive session will give an overview and useful tips on how to increase performance by using a telephone. How to engage with brand new and existing customers and employers, what language to use and question to ask to help maximise outcomes on the Employability Programmes.

Finally we will finish up with Sarah, who will be sharing her top tips for Working with Neurodiverse customers to help them engage better in employability programmes.
