GLA ESF Head 2 Work – Expression of Interest

Introduction to 3SC

3SC’s vision is of the third sector delivering a greater amount of social impact. To realise the achievement of this vision we win and manage contracts on behalf of charities, social enterprises, voluntary and community organisations. All have a vital role to play in the delivery of public services but the size and complexity of the tendering process and increasingly demanding contracts can make it difficult for them to compete on their own. 3SC bring expertise in creating and managing supply chains of third sector organisations to deliver effective, high quality services that provide results and value for money.

To enable third sector organisations of all sizes to deliver larger contracts we build consortia of voluntary, charity and social enterprise organisations capable of meeting the needs of individuals and local communities. We then bid for, and manage, the delivery of the contract. 3SC manage the procurement process from beginning to end, creating innovative solutions utilising excellent local providers through a mutually beneficial consortia and partnership model. We manage the contracts to ensure high quality performance enabling our third sector stakeholders to focus on exceptional delivery.

Our vision is based on the conviction that the priorities and needs of people using public services in our communities, especially those who are hardest-to-reach, are best met by experienced, local, passionate and mission-driven organisations who can deliver effective outcomes. We work with our supply chains to create innovative and efficient delivery solutions that will demonstrate and realise our conviction.

3SC invites expressions of interest from organisations who want to work in a consortium to deliver the GLA ESF Head 2 Work programme.
