The MoJ has launched their Dynamic Framework and 3SC is seeking to qualify to bid for call offs in the 14 categories, which are:

  • Accommodation,
  • Education, Training and Employment,
  • Finance, Benefits and Debt,
  • Dependency and Recovery,
  • Family and Significant Others,
  • Lifestyle and Associates,
  • Emotional Wellbeing,
  • Social Inclusion,
  • Women,
  • Young Adults (18-25 Years Old),
  • Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic (BAME),
  • Restorative Justice,
  • Cognitive and Behavioural,
  • User Involvement.

We would encourage all providers to seek to qualify onto the Dynamic Framework in their own right where possible as well as to complete our EOI to deliver services in partnerships at call off stage.

Call off activity will begin from 7th September 2020 and continue through the life of the framework. There will be many call offs throughout the autumn to commission day one services which will commence in June 2021. Call offs will follow the published pipeline and initial provision will be commissioned either at an NPS region or PCC level.

3SC intends to pull together partnerships of suitably qualified providers for the call offs that would better suit a consortium than a single provider. Until the call offs are published, we will not have any detail of the service to be commissioned beyond the information already available. We are therefore seeking expressions of interest from providers who are interested in delivering as part of a wider partnership now to enable conversations to occur in the 4-week period allowed for each call off.

If you are interested in working with 3SC on this opportunity, please complete the short EOI  ASAP.  You can find here https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/YHD36LZ.
