Natwest SE100 – 2020

The Natwest Top 100 Social Enterprises list has been announced this morning and we are delighted to be on the list for the second year in a row. It is an honour to be on the list alongside many other impressive social enterprises delivering positive change for people and communities and support for those who need it most.

In order to be on the list, applicants were rigorously assessed against areas including business performance, turnover, growth, profit, impact measurement, leadership, resilience and storytelling. The final 100 were selected by an expert 25 person panel and demonstrate the resilience, strength and impact that we know our sector delivers day in day out.

We are immensely proud of the hard work and successful outcomes achieved by our own team and the delivery partners we work with across the UK. Their commitment to delivering quality services such as resettlement and rehabilitation services helping offenders not to reoffend and employability support helping those with mental and physical conditions get a job and stay in work, helps improve the lives of so many people. The positive outcomes achieved, and the opportunities created, are a testament to their dedication and innovation and this recognition has only been made possible because of them all.

Megan Peat, CEO of NatWest Social & Community Capital, said: “…In such incredibly tough times, when we know many of you will be facing some significant challenges, it’s important to recognise the incredible dedication and effort that the UK’s social enterprises have shown in building business solutions to deliver a positive future for some of our most vulnerable and disadvantaged communities.”

“I am exceptionally pleased that 3SC has been recognised as one of the Natwest Top 100 social enterprises again this year. I am proud of each and every one of our dedicated staff and of the quality services delivered by our partners across the UK. Looking through the Top 100 list always reminds me of the depth and breadth of our sector and the positive impact of the wide range of services they provide often to those who are most in need. It is an honour to be on the list alongside those organisations”.
