3SC are looking to recruit new coaches and assessors for two of our key employment wellbeing and health programmes.
Access to Work involves the delivery of work based health assessments where assessors write reports that identify solutions for a given individual’s health condition or disability. We are especially interested in providers with an ongoing interest and experience of delivering these assessments and whilst there are no strict qualification related criteria, assessors need to demonstrate a knowledge of work place health issues, disability awareness and solutions to these issues in various work settings. We would like to hear from organisations based in Mid Wales, West Wales, North Wales and Birmingham interested in working with us to deliver this service.
Our Neuro Diverse Strategy Coaching (NDSC) Programme provides work based strategy mentoring and coaching to adults with neuro diverse conditions such as dyslexia, autism, asperger’s and dyspraxia to support them at work. The coaching is comprised of 6 to 10 hours of holistic, personalised coaching and mentoring. Coaches need to have a ILM level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring or an equivalent qualification as well as an awareness of neurodiversity and the challenges this may present. We are looking for coaches to operate in the Midlands, Mid Wales, North Wales, Leicestershire, Shropshire, Staffordshire and Herefordshire.
